Last Updated: June 14, 2026

Thank you for choosing MaxChill Homestays. We are committed to protecting your personal data and your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, process, and disclose your information across the MaxChill platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information falling into three distinct categories to provide you with an optimal booking automation experience:

A. Information You Give to Us
  • Account Profile Information: Such as your first name, last name, phone number, and email address collected when you authenticate via our secure sign-in portal.
  • Identity Verification Data: Government-approved identification (such as an Aadhaar card, driving license, or passport) requested by hosts or regional regulations to validate stay security.
B. Information Automatically Collected
  • Geo-location Information: Approximate location based on your network settings to streamline dynamic state searches (e.g., matching Goa or Himachal Pradesh properties).
  • Log Data and Device Information: Device hardware records, unique IP fingerprints, access timing logs, and cookie records tracking your favorite listing selections.

2. How We Use Your Information

MaxChill utilizes secure computing layers to process individual client information for the following core operations:

  • To verify identity profiles, launch reservation workflows, and process secure booking validations.
  • To save platform preferences (such as managing your interactive wishlist toggles and favorite items array).
  • To distribute systemic service logs, dynamic reservation alterations, security alerts, and customer assistance responses.

3. Sharing & Disclosures Between Members

To help facilitate bookings or other interactions between Members, we may need to share certain information:

  • Between Guests and Hosts: When a reservation request is authorized, specific operational parameters (like full legal name, phone number, and ID status) are released directly to the property supervisor.
  • Compliance with Local Statutes: MaxChill will render personal logs to regulatory jurisdictions when validated as legal and authentic requests under the Information Technology Act.

4. Security Protocol Architecture

While no storage structure can offer absolute, impenetrable protection against unauthorized penetration vectors, MaxChill deploys modern operational boundaries, electronic firewalls, and encrypted data pathways to safely contain personal files and keep customer data insulated from exposure risks.
