MaxChill operates an automated online marketplace that links travelers searching for premium, budget-friendly homestays with independent property operators. MaxChill does not own, run, build, sell, or manage any of the physical listings posted across our search clusters.

2. Guest Booking Regulations

• Reservation Enforcement: When you complete an automated checkout reservation sequence, you agree to fulfill the pricing rates, auxiliary tax metrics, and specialized localized regulations detailed on that property's specifications menu.
• Identity Authenticity: All account holders must maintain valid profiles. You agree to submit authentic legal credentials via our verification windows prior to physical check-in. Failing this protocol may result in host rejection.

3. Cancellations & Structural Damages

• Cancellation Processing: All dynamic cancellations and subsequent monetary refunds are executed automatically based on the specific property timeline rule assigned to the listing at checkout.
• Accommodation Care Standards: As a guest, you are responsible for maintaining the property's structural assets in the same condition found upon arrival. Any structural faults or breaking of on-premise items caused by negligence will be settled directly via your verified tracking details.

4. Restricted Systems Exploitation

To preserve platform performance, users are strictly prohibited from using automated scrapers, web spiders, or data mining software to systematically extract content from MaxChill Homestays without explicit authorization. You also agree not to bypass security protections, mock booking states, or falsify review rankings.

5. Limitation of Structural Liability

MaxChill Homestays acts as a marketplace coordinator. We are not liable for property incidents, unexpected regional utility failures, host-side changes, or loss of items occurring during your actual physical occupancy. All property operations are undertaken at the user’s discretion.
